This personal history of relocation is at the heart of my passion for real estate. My approach to real estate is defined by a deep, behind the scenes knowledge of the industry across multiple markets. Before becoming a licensed broker here in Colorado, I held licenses in both California and New York, giving me a broad perspective on diverse property landscapes and contract nuances. I also spent years at the highest levels of real estate operations, serving as an Operations Manager for both boutique teams and a Mega Icon team with eXp Realty. This experience gave me a unique advantage because I don’t just know how to navigate the market, I know how to build the systems that make a deal successful.
Beyond my operational background, I also built a reputation as a top recruiter within the industry. This means I understand that real estate is, above all else, a business of relationships. Having coached and supported some of the industry’s top producing agents, I’ve honed a high level skillset in negotiation, marketing, and proactive problem solving. In today’s fast paced market, my professional connections and ability to collaborate give my clients a distinct edge in every transaction. I pride myself on being exceptionally responsive, organized, and thorough, utilizing the latest technology to ensure the process is seamless from the first tour to the closing table.
