Katie Gabriel

Born and raised in Littleton, Katie knows the ins and outs of the South Metro Denver area. Brimming with enthusiasm and dedication, her entire working life has revolved around customer service and her intent is to harness this love of service for the good of her clients.  Her highly polished people skills give her an edge in negotiating for both buyers and sellers.  In order to assist her clients in achieving their real estate goals Katie strives to provide a broad range of information to educate both buyers and sellers as she believes education is extremely important in helping prepare a client to enter the real estate market with confidence.  

Her knowledge of local markets and familiarity with neighborhoods in the south metro area will greatly benefit prospective buyers as well as sellers.  As a mother of three she is keenly aware of the role played by good schools, convenient shopping, and a secure environment in helping families reach a decision concerning the best location for them.
