As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with extensive experience across residential, luxury, commercial, relocation, and international real estate, Heather understands that a successful transaction is about far more than buying or selling a property. It is about understanding the client's bigger picture — where they are today, where they are going next, and how real estate fits into their long-term financial, family, and lifestyle goals.
Heather is known for taking complex situations, identifying what matters most, and creating a clear path forward. Whether representing a seller preparing a property for market, helping a buyer evaluate competing opportunities, navigating an estate or significant life transition, or connecting clients with opportunities beyond Colorado, she brings a disciplined combination of market knowledge, negotiation strategy, discretion, and hands-on client advocacy to every engagement.
Her professional background extends well beyond traditional real estate. Heather began her career in financial services and banking leadership, went on to build and lead businesses, advise executives and business owners, and develop an extensive network of professionals across real estate, finance, legal, business, and international markets. She has also served as Vice President of North America for FIABCI-USA, the U.S. chapter of the International Real Estate Federation, expanding both her global perspective and professional reach.
That network has become an important part of how Heather serves her clients. When a transaction requires the right lender, attorney, financial professional, contractor, senior-transition resource, business advisor, or real estate professional in another market, she believes exceptional representation includes knowing how to bring the right people to the table.

Based in the Denver South Metro area, Heather is deeply invested in the communities she serves. She is President of the Chi Omega Denver Alumnae Chapter and has held leadership and philanthropic roles throughout her career. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golf, tennis, Colorado's outdoors, community involvement, and, most importantly, time with her son.
